Do TRI offers a variety of services to help you on your way to completing your first ever triathlon, 5K or to increase your performance or distance in events. We offer an holistic approach with nutritional advice as well as stressing the importance of relaxation and rest as part of your regime. Super Sprint to ironman distance events, duathlons to aquathons, Do TRI will customize your training according to the distance you want to tri, helping you to fit it in around all your other commitments..

“I initially signed up to the 6 week Programme to lose weight and tone up 9 months after having my daughter. While the weight was stubborn to move I discovered that running was a really good way to switch off after a busy, baby-filled day and build stamina.
